Session 1 - Understand | Explore
We'll explore your experience, strengths, goals and what you want from your next career move.
We'll identify potential directions and start to build a strategy around where you want to go.
Between sessions, I'll do the research.
I'll look at the current job market and research live opportunities relevant to your goals.
Including specific roles, job advertisements, industries, career pathways and practical advice tailored to the direction you're considering.
I'll then bring that research into our second session so we're not just talking about possibilities — we're looking at real options and a practical route forward.
Session 2 - Strategy | Action
We'll review what I've found, refine your direction and turn it into a clear, personalised action plan.
You'll leave with a better understanding of where you could go, what opportunities are out there and what you can do next to make your pivot happen.
And if you need more support after your sessions, ongoing support can also be arranged to help you stay accountable and keep your career pivot moving forward.
